**PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE SOLD OUT OF BEDS AND THE WAIT LIST IS FULL. IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY REGISTERED FOR REUNIONS, PLEASE MAKE ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS**
While we will make every effort to house as many classmates as possible, housing is limited and CANNOT be guaranteed. Therefore, all housing will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. The best advice to secure housing is to go to register as soon as the website opens at 12 noon EDT on January 28th. While there are opportunities to room with classmates, each ’04 classmate must sign up individually (see below for more detailed information on rooming with classmates). Please note that it is optional to purchase housing for Reunions; however, if you wish to sign up for housing, you must first purchase a wristband.
We are happy to announce that we have been able to secure nearly 300 beds among various locations, all of which are either on or within a short walking distance of campus. In the interest of fairness, each classmate will be able to purchase one bed and one bed only during the first 5 days of registration. Any remaining beds (beginning at 12 noon EDT on February 2nd), will be offered to those classmates who a) already completed the registration process using the website, b) registered a non-’04 guest, and c) indicated during the registration process that they would like to purchase one additional bed for their guest, if available. If all beds have been claimed by classmates prior to February 2nd, we will not be able to offer housing for guests, so please plan accordingly. This policy provides preference for individuals who attended Princeton and who are members of the Class of 2004.
While we will do our best to place you in a room of your preference, please note that you are reserving a bed and NOT a single, double, etc. We must work with the housing configuration we are provided by the Alumni Council, but we will make our best effort to accommodate requests.
It is likely that we will receive extra beds from other Reunions classes. Therefore, we will have a housing wait list for a fixed amount of beds. You will automatically be placed on this wait list of you registered for housing after all the beds are taken (once the wait list fills-up, however, we will remove the housing section of the registration module, so no new classmates will be added). We will notify you if you are on the wait list, and will notify you as soon as a bed becomes available. In the interim, we encourage you to find other accommodations. Classmates who prefer to not be on the wait list will be provided with a $120 refund. After May 15th, classmates still on the wait list will be provided with a $120 refund.
Housing options are as follows:
- On-campus – the dorms we all lived in as undergrads. Some located directly around the 5th, some in other parts of campus. Room configurations include singles, doubles, triples and quads. Parking is available in University lots.
- Westminster Choir College – across the street from Princeton High School, approximately ¾ of a mile from the center of campus. All rooms are doubles. There is ample free parking.
- Princeton Theological Seminary – less than a half mile west of campus. All rooms are singles. There is ample free parking.
The cost for dormitory housing is $120 per person per bed for the entire weekend (Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights). This price is consistent, regardless of where your housing is located or when you plan to arrive and depart. Linens are included in this cost. Please note, however, that at Reunion check-in you will be required to leave a check for a refundable key/linen deposit of $100 total. Checks will be cashed only if linens ($50) or keys ($50) are not returned. Upon return of keys and linens, checks will be returned to you. It is recommended that you bring two checks so that key and linen deposits are kept separate.
You may request to be placed with or near friends who also receive housing. Make sure you and your friends register early and put down the same preferences. There will be a notes field in the housing portion of the registration website for you to specify whether you want to share a room with or stay near certain classmates. We cannot guarantee you will be placed near classmates, but we will make our best effort to accommodate requests. If placed in a double, triple, or quad, we will make every attempt to assign roommates according to your preferences. You will be provided with housing assignments upon arriving on campus for the Reunions weekend.
